Your Gateway documentation login is separate from your Okta account. The two systems aren’t linked, so the password you just set in Okta won’t work here yet.

To set your documentation password:

1. Click I lost my password below.
2. Enter the email address you registered with.
3. Choose a new password, you can use the same password you set in Okta – just set it here as well.
